Google's New Nexus 5X and Nexus 6P Features

Saturday, September 19, 2015

Google's new Nexus phones - Nexus 5X and Nexus 6X - are expected to arrive at the end of September 2015, alongside a new Chromecast.  The new 2015 Nexus 5X will be built by LG, while Huawei is handling the 2015 Nexus 6P. Both are geared up for Marshmallow with fingerprint readers and USB Type C, and have other goodies like laser autofocus for the camera and front-facing stereo speakers. Regardless of the name, the key question in most people's minds will be the differences between them and which smartphone is a better buy. For what I can gather, the Nexus 5X will be a sub-flagship, while the Huawei Nexus will be a premium flagship, with high-end specs and a design made of glass and metal.
