On a Windows PC you can see read speeds of nearly 400 megabytes per second (MB/s), while write speeds are well over 200 megabytes per second (MB/s) , which is much higher than the stated 150 megabytes per second.
when connected to a PC the P20 will show as a removable driveCompared to the Kingston HyperX and Sandisk Extreme SATA III SSD drives, the performance by the Lexar JumpDrive P20 is very comparable. The SSD drives performance is between 180 megabytes per second (MB/s) write speed and 350 megabytes per second (MB/s) read speeds.
very close to the 400mb/s speeds advertisedMind you though, different operating systems will see different benchmarking due to CPU processing and other factors. For instance, when benchmarking the Lexar JumpDrive P20 on a MAC computer the read/write speed performance isn't as fast, due partly to Apple USB3 drivers' lagging issues.
