Designed to be durable, long lasting and explosive sounding, the HA-FX103BTE are part of JVC's new headphone 2018 lineup called Xtreme Xplosives Wireless that includes the XX wireless on-ear headphones. The XX wireless series takes forward the rugged and super sounding bass of the Xtreme Xplosives corded series into wireless. Touted as "explosive sound, they do sound good. Don't worry, they won't detonate your ears!
The HA-FX103BTE wireless earphones feature a rubberised bodyguard, thick strain reliefs and kevlar cable, making them ideal for those having headphone durability as their number one priority.

As mentioned earlier, the JVC HA-FX103BTE are part of the new Xtreme Xplosives series featuring Bluetooth 4.1 wireless connectivity that integrates Bluetooth power class 2 giving the HA-FX103BTE earphones an operating range of 10 meters in direct line of sight. Thanks to Bluetooth 4.1, the JVC HA-FX103BTE consume less battery and have a more stable Bluetooth connection so you can  play music off your phone while in your pocket or gym bag nearby.

Talking about the gym, the JVC HA-FX103BTE weigh only 15 grams so they are extremely lightweight and feature IPX2 sweat-resistant protection so you can use them while lifting weights at the gym, running or jogging.
The plastic carrying case that comes with the HA-FX103BTE earphones feature a ole opening that lets you charge the earphones while inside in the case.
Along with the HA-FX103BTE earphones, you also get a quality set of different size silicone ear tips (small, medium, large) and the all-important carrying case which really helps to prolong the lifespan of earphones.
The 3-button remote, which integrate a microphone, lets you play/pause, power on/off and skip music forwards and backwards.
To power on and off, you simply hold down the play/pause button for a couple of seconds. Skipping tracks is done via the volume buttons by pressing either button twice.

From earpiece to earpiece, the HA-FX103BTE cable measures 50cm long so the cable isn't too long nor too short. It fits just about right with the right amount of slack that it doesn't feel tight when worn around the back of the neck nor is the cable too loose that the cable bounces up and down the neck when running.
Battery life is approximately 5 hours with 2.5 hours of charging time. Bluetooth profiles include AVRCP, A2DP, HSP and HFP as well as SBC codec support which offers a similar Bluetooth listening experience to AptX. Buy it on amazon.
