Mele PCG03 is an energy efficient (12 watts rated power), fanless mini Windows desktop computer with an Intel Quad Core Z8300 central processing unit (CPU) which can operate at a maximum burst frequency of 1.84GHz. The graphics processing unit (GPU) is HD Graphics based on the Intel Gen8 architecture, which supports DirectX 11.2.
The PCG03 Plus fanless miniPC features a 2GB DDR3L memory RAM low voltage (which equals less heat) and 32 GB eMMC flash storage. The video output supports dual display for both VGA and HDMI 1.4, which means you can connect the PCG03 Plus to a HDTV and monitor simultaneously. The audio output is also HDMI 1.4 with a 3.5mm jack option to plug in your headphones or external speakers.
As far as connections, the PCG03 Plus has WiFi and Bluetooth connectivity (WiFi 802.11b/g/n and Bluetooth 4.0), an RJ45 100m LAN port, three USB ports (two USB 2.0 and one USB 3.0) and an SD card slot, which allows you to expand the internal hard drive up to 512 GB.
As the PCG03 Plus features 802.11 b/g/n wireless local area network (WLAN), it has support for both 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz bands and can have either 20Mhz or 40Mhz bandwidth. Also, the LAN port supports Ethernet 10/100, which means the network device can operate on both 10 Mbps and 100 Mbps rates.
The power input is DC 12 V via a 12V/1A power adaptor and you can lock the miniPC in place thanks to the Kensington Security Slot (K-Slot or Kensington lock). In terms of media playback, the PCG03 Plus works well in 1080p and you can have multiple webpages opened, watch DVR videos and stream Youtube videos in full screen smoothly.

As far as the Operating System, it is a genuine pre-installed Windows 10 from factory so it follows the official Windows activation procedure, which is straight forward. After you power on the miniPC, a message will be prompted asking you to connect to the Internet to activate Windows. As soon as you connect to the Internet, Windows will be activated. The actual dimensions of the PCG03 Plus is 150mm, 20mm and 40mm.

Besides SD storage expansion, the PCG03 also supports up to 2TB 2.5" USB HDD and 3.5" USB HDD with 12V AC/DC. The expanded storage will be recognized as D: disk in Windows OS.

PCG03 Plus is a quiet, super lower power consumption, fanless mini computer that supports dual display so you can also run dual monitors with HDMI and VGA.
