The Aukey 16000mAh solar power bank is essentially a mobile solar charger unit that can also be charged with mains electricity via micro USB.
1 Quick Charge 3.0 Output, 1 Type C Input/Output, 1 Micro USB Input, LEDs & power button
You can charge two devices at the same time and because it features a standard USB A (UAB Type A) and the newer USB C (USB Type C) ports, it means you can charge a range of devices, including iPhone and iPad.
Inside the box you get a micro USB cable, instructions and warranty card
Both USB ports deliver 3 amps of charge with the standard USB A port being capable of delivering Quick Charge 3.0, which means the USB A port can deliver dynamic voltages between 3.2V and 20V at 200mV increments; thus allowing for fast charging (around 80% in just 30 minutes)

Another nifty feature the USB C port boasts on the power bank is that aside from charging external devices, you can use the USB C port to recharge the power bank itself, which is pretty neat.
