Wednesday, January 03, 2018

There is no easier way to get extra space on your desktop than mounting the monitor display off the desk!
Monitor desk mounts come in all shapes and sizes, including gas spring monitor arms and pole-mounted monitor arms like the ARMPIVOTB desk-mount by StarTech.
The ARMPIVOTB pole-mounted monitor arm is constructed of heavy duty steel and it's simple to put together in under 10 minutes thanks to simple instructions and easy to follow diagrams!

Once the pole stand and articulating arm are assembled, you can mount a display up to 27 inches in size and up to 8 kilograms in weight.
The ARMPIVOTB  monitor desk set up integrates a flat display mounting interface (VESA) with two sets of hole patterns.
You can mount on the articulating arm a VESA monitor with 75x75 mm hole pattern or 100x100 mm hole pattern.
You can effortlessly tilt the monitor 45 degrees left or right and smoothly rotate the monitor 360 degrees, as well as swivel 180 degrees from landscape to portrait.
You can also extend out the articulating arm towards you (17 inches), as well as retract the arm back 9 inches and adjust the height. The maximum height adjustment of the ARMPIVOTB pole mounted monitor arm is 17.7 inches.

When adjusted, the joints have very little play so the articulating arm stays in place while being able to move freely.
The ARMPIVOTB display mount also features cable holders along the arm and pole to manage the power and VGA/HDMI cables neatly while keeping the cables from dangling on the desk.
